Processing times
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment has been received or, in the case of a pre-order, when the product becomes available. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Postage costs depend upon the weight and number of products purchased. For larger and bulky orders over 5kg, we will contact you to discuss shipping.
Pick Up – By Appointment Only
For items displaying this option at checkout, please email sales@keitruckgarage.com.au to arrange a pickup time from our warehouse in Rouse Hill, NSW 2155.
Shipping Available – Email for Quotation
For items displaying this option at checkout, please email sales@keitruckgarage.com.au to request a shipping quote prior to placing your order. Please note that your order will not be shipped until the additional shipping cost has been invoiced and paid.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to selected countries. Please contact us at sales@keitruckgarage.com.au to place an order and discuss shipping options.
Please note your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Kei Truck Garage is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@keitruckgarage.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you
